Scape Restaurant & Bar is proud to invite you to taste a fusion of flavours. Timur Fazilov, head chef, is passionate about California’s cuisine and relaxed vibe that mirrors the essence of the Golden State itself. Timur’s approachable, positive and personable nature radiates throughout Scape. His infectious smile, wit and warmth shine in the dishes and the entire experience.
Having learned from the best, flourishing at an eclectic and demanding array of fine dining establishments in Gordon Ramsay Group, The Savoy Grill & Restaurant, Mews of Mayfair, Wild Honey Restaurant and Bentley’s Oyster Bar & Grill in the UK, more recently Timur has driven the dishes at Zuma, St Regis Hotel and Catch Restaurant in the UAE, before taking the lead at Burj Al Arab’s Scape Restaurant & Bar.
